| Graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a
B.A. degree in 1989. In the same year, he joined CCPIT Patent
and Trademark Law Office as a trademark attorney. In 1995, he
was sent to Spain and Belgium to accept legal training in respect
of the Community Trademark Law and System. From 1997 to 2000,
he worked as chief representative in CCPIT Patent and Trademark
Law Office, Shanghai representative office. During his work
in CCPIT, he led several delegations to visit countries in Southeast
Asia, Europe, and Middle East. In 2000, he joined Creatop &
Co. as executive partner and trademark attorney, mainly engaged
in trademark prosecution, infringement litigation, investigation,
and domain name protections. His working languages are Chinese,
English, and Spanish. Since 1990, he published quite a few papers,
articles and essays in various publications. He is one of the
co-authors of the book “Trademark Law and Practice in Countries
Throughout the World”. He has established a good reputation
in the field of intellectual property in China. |
