| ¡¡¡¡Graduated from Foreign Affairs College with a B.A. degree
in 1995. In the same year, she joined CCPIT Patent and Trademark
Law Office as a trademark attorney. 1998, she passed the Bar
Examination, and got the lawyer¡¯s qualification certificate.
In 2001, she graduated from Franklin Pierce Law Center, U.S.A,
with a Law Master degree in Intellectual Property. At end of
2001, she joined Creatop & Co., mainly engaged in trademark
prosecution and litigation, copyright protection, Customs protection,
and consultation for intellectual property protection. She is
especially familiar with trademark laws and practice in major
countries throughout the world. Her working languages are Chinese,
English, and French. In the past years, she led several delegations
to visit the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand,
Hong Kong and Macao. She has a great experience in the field
of Intellectual Property. |
